Every person needs to eat healthy food so that they don’t need any doctor or spend money on hospitals. Here I will tell you what are the foods you have to change in your lifestyle not completely avoiding just change into perfect food.

My Weight loss programs for both Men & Women:

  1. Avoid refined sugar: This doesn’t mean you should completely avoid eating sweets. Just don’t take refined sugar products. Replace sugar with Jaggery, Coconut sugar, Honey, etc.

  • Drink fruit juices without sugar or add some honey into it.
  • Make sweets with jaggery or coconut sugar.
  • Replace your sweets with fruits which are natural sweets.
  • Drink tea or coffee with honey or jaggery but not with sugar.
  • If you want juice which gives sweetness then drink sugarcane juice.

2. No Junk or Oily foods: You all know deep fried food will get more fat in body. Because of this, heart problems will come without any age differences. Completely avoid outside junk food. Second time fried oil generate transfat which is very dangerous to our health.

Best oils to use at home is Olive oil, Coconut oil, Peanut oil, mustard oil, sesame oil etc. Don’t use refined oil those are processed by heating not by pressing. Make your own oil near by your mills.

  • Prepare your own fried items at home with healthy oils above.
  • Don’t use oil for second time.

3. Take brown products: Instead of regular products take brown products like brown rice, brown bread etc. Now you can eat burger also with this bread that’s amazing right?

  • You can eat it as breakfast by toasting and make a salad and eat with this bread your stomach will become full.

4. Eat salads & Soups: Rather than eating bowl of rice or pizza etc. Eat salads of your favorite. This will fill your stomach and you will not get hungry and the best part is you can eat as much as you can.

  • Make soup of your favorite veggies or non-veggies it is very much good for your health and.
  • Eat Raw vegetables like carrot, beetroot, cucumber, raddish, brocoli, etc.

5. Seasonal fruits: WHY? Do we have to eat seasonal? Because for season to season climate will change and according to the temperature outside our body also works. For particular season particular body temperature changes and by eating fruits our metabolism will improve.

  • Eat fresh fruits and more prefer for liquid fruits like melon, oranges etc.
  • Citrus fruits will help you to loss more weight it contains more fiber and vitamins.
  • Don’t spend money on hospitals instead of that buy more and more fruits on market so that you don’t need to go to any hospitals.

6. CHEAT—–CHEAT—–CHEAT: Yes, of course, cheat for at least once in 10 days or week. So, you will not get carvings on eating junk foods. Eat pizza, burger, biryani, sweets, drinks, etc.
